Inventory RFID Analyst

This role is in the ‘Programs and Analysis’ team, which is part of River Island’s Safety and Loss department.

The three inventory analysts are primarily responsible for administering, overseeing, and reporting on the stock take process, but contribute to the other team goals. They report to the Senior Safety and Loss Analyst.

Key accountabilities:

Inventory Control:

  • Ensures all stocktakes are accurately set up, investigated, processed, confirmed and reported on, all within agreed time frames.
  • Ensures weekly RFID stocktake issues are investigated, recorded and reported on.
  • Investigates and reports on stock system issues.
  • Maintains record keeping for the Inventory RFID Team.
  • Maintains the Inventory RFID Team procedures and systems.

Functional Support:

  • Supports stores with inventory and RFID queries.
  • Supports Programs & Analysis Team with data validation and analysis.
  • Supports Programs & Analysis Team with project management and administration.
  • Support Safety & Loss Department with system management and administration.

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook; Knowledge of MS Access is an asset.
