Assistant Account Manager

WHAT YOU DO MATTERS…

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Wholesale department as Assistant Account Manager.

 

Working on a specific product area, you will work closely with the rest of the Wholesale team and report into the Account Manager.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Work closely with Account Manager to co-ordinate departmental critical path and calendar management
  • Together with Account manager and Merchandiser review/evaluate/ summarize wholesale weeks against seasonal budgets
  • Develop strong relationships internally and externally
  • Keep up to date with the latest competition through regular comp shops
  • Manage the preparation for all sales meetings and WHS weeks (commitment, best sellers, rail handover)
  • Ensure that all necessary information is up to date
  • Present ranges to WHS partners and guiding in the selection process
  • Create order sheets and ensure orders are send and completed on time
  • Prepare weekly trade packs to secure that we are offering all ranges
  • Attend key internal buying meetings and trend briefs to ensure up to date knowledge of ranges
  • Keep up to date with bestsellers to identify opportunities for wholesale
  • Working with WHS Merchandiser and Buying floor in finding appropriate product replacements for any product cancellations
  • Weekly trade calls with partners to evaluate performance and in season trade opportunities
